If your item arrives damaged, we will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after the merchandise has been received.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from us, we will refund your money less the actual shipping and/or insurance fees incurred while shipping your merchandise. We will not reimburse the shipping and/or insurance fees incurred while shipping back to us unless the merchandise was damaged. If there was free shipping on your item(s), the actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund. Insurance is required to cover the full price of the merchandise being returned. A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from us before we can accept any returned merchandise. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to accept your return. If there is no return authorization number written on the package then the delivery of your returned package will be refused and shipped back to you. All merchandise must be adequately packed before returning. Please email us before returning any items to obtain the correct address for your package. If the returned package is shipped to the wrong address or to the wrong distributor, an extra shipping charge may be subracted from the customer's refund. Refunds will be issued by check or credit card reimbursement. Returns must be made within 20 days after merchandise is received or the delivery of the package will be refused and returned back to the customer. Due to health regulations, some items such as bedding, linens, sheets, comforters, pillow cases and toilet seats can not be returned if taken out of their original packaging.. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, close-out items, discontinued items, gift certificates and bulk orders are non-refundable.
Please inspect large items such as chandeliers carefully before accepting them from the freight company. If you accept such items and later notice damage, you will be responsible for any damages or claims.
