Please note, some of the merchandise on our website is drop shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer than one week for shipping. Please email us at info@ezmountainliving.com for questions related to product availability and delivery times.
Shipping rates and free shipping policy only apply to items shipped within the contiquous U.S.A.(shipping rates and free shipping do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is only available for ground shipping (not express shipping). Ground shipping includes FedEx and/or USPS priority mail.
Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A. is 5 to 7 business days. Some items such as lamps, chandeliers and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping time. Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one of our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries. Some furniture items may require additional handling fees that will be noted in the items description.
FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier (some beds qualify for Fedex Ground). The carrier will schedule an delivery time and deliver to the first dry location in the house or garage. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided
